Hey there, it's Beth!

I'm not just your everyday mum of two or a former nurse who's seen it all. Life's thrown curveballs my way, from a traumatic miscarriage to a battle with severe OCD; I lost myself, lost all my confidence and sadly, struggled to find joy in life as I was riddled with intrusive thoughts and anxiety.

But through it all, I came out the other side. I made myself a priority and worked on myself every day. I discovered the magic of self-care, self-love, the power of a positive mindset, and building healthy habits. My life transformed, I rebuilt myself and returned stronger, more resilient and more confident than ever. I found purpose again and discovered true fulfilment and happiness.

Now, I'm on a mission to share these life-changing lessons with you, with the main focus being improving your mental health, finding your inner confidence and permitting yourself to prioritise ‘you’ through the act of self-care.
